The Audubon insect book has 3 names for this spider. I like Red-spotted Crab Spider the best. It is on a Yarrow plant. I was bending down to look at an orange butterfly/moth that was on the stem, when I noticed an odd shape on the flowers. Upon closer inspection, found this chap. Found it on Friday afternoon, and it was still there next morning. By Saturday afternoon, it was gone.
