Architecture or Art?

The artist Joesph Hellier picked the colour blue on his information board for this sculpture, so I went back and took another image today for the challenge, and coloured it Blue.
Same sculpture taken last month but taken for Iron and Steel. I thought it kind of fits both catagories.

HOPE I CAN KEEP UP THIS MONTH, I DID REALLY BAD ON IRON AND STEEL.
