Storm ( Blackmores night ) - Miro

Zagreb - Croatia

STORM
A timeless and forgotten place,
The moon and sun in endless chase
Each in quiet surrender
as the other reigns the sky...
The midnight hour begins to laugh
A summer evening's epitaph
The winds are getting crazy
As the storm begins to rise...

Wild were the winds that came
In the thunder and the rain
Nothing ever could contain
The rising of the storm....

In the wing of ebony
Darkened waves fill the trees
Wild winds of warning
Echo through the air...

Follow the storm, I've got to get out of here...
Follow the storm as you take to the sky...
Follow the storm now it's all so crystal clear,
Follow the storm as the storm begins to rise...

She seems to come from everywhere
Welcome to the dragon's lair
Fingers running through your hair
She asks you out to play...

In all of nature's sorcery
The most bewitching entity
Hell can have no fury
Like the rising of the storm...

Follow the storm, I've got to get out of here...
Follow the storm as you take to the sky...
Follow the storm now it's all so crystal clear,
Follow the storm as the storm begins to rise...

Wow! WHat a sky.

Not sure about the poles. but i think they add perspective & a sense of size.

This could also go well with Deep Purple's Stormbringer.

Thanks Colin. These two poles are enough to drive you to the cloud. More poles wouldn't be possible. More unwanted elements be in the picture that way. Look in the originals and you will see what I meant. I didn't have many choices here.

Great sky, looks like real weather moving in!
I like the poles, maybe I would even more of them in the shot?

Tremendous sky.
I also noticed the poles at my first glance, and I'm not sure, but maybe they make a layer or a depth to the photo that would not be there without.

Thanks both. Brent, I lived the light poles intentionally to show how low was the clouds. I also was not sure, to live it or not. However I cloned two house roofs. I like to hear others opinion to. I will put in originals two more shots. I was on the archery training field when this storm come in.

The sky has a mystical look because of the light. It's both dramatic and eerily beautiful, as if something strange is about to break loose.

I like the curved band of cloud overlying the cumulo-nimbus. It looks almost sculpted.
