Position the Tripod Mount plate in the notch for it.
Slide the Sidekick into Tripod Mount plate's Arca grip and tighten it down.
With the Tripod Mount Ring set at 90 degrees counter-clockwise
to normal, grip the Tripod mount ring with the Sidekick's Arca mount plate.
Set the lens to the desired FL, slide the P20 plate forward or backward until
the lens is perfectly balanced, then tighten the Sidekick's Arca mount plate.

Loosen the ball head so it pivots around it's base (lens pivots left and right).
Loosen that big knob in the upper right corner (lens pivots up and down).
You're good to go..
