Bunnies Welcome

Home

Sometimes, even if the lighting is terrible, you have to take the picture. Sometimes, even if the picture is terrible quality, you have to post it for your friends. Shaggy, this one is for you. This is the sight that greeted me this morning as I ate breakfast. Thought you and Stiltbeast would enjoy.

I wish I had bunnies! I even saw a couple at your house last weekend as I started my truck to drive away. And, they're so fearless! It's wonderful that your backyard is so perfect for them!

Love this. We have had a bunny time over here as well. We had a mama give birth in our yard. Zeeka found them but did not harm them. Daniel put the babies back into the nest. The next day, they were gone though. Mama rabbit did not like her kiddos messed with I guess.

Just a few days later, I rescued a baby bunny on the way home from work. He had gotten onto the road and was too small to jump back onto the curb. I screeched to a halt, threw my hazards on, and jumped out of my van to get him. I brought him home and we called the nature center here in Plano. They said that they would take him and raise him until he was old enough to be on his own then free him on one of their reserve lands.

*cheering in a ridiculous tone* Oooo!!!!! Are you kidding me? This is what greets you?? I'd never go to work or out on social events. I'd just sit and watch the bunnies!
...now, where are the little baby carrots for those babies? They need a snack!
