Boogie to Buffy's

I'm on my way to Buffy's house.
I have no idea what will happen.
I don't yet know we will have a fabulous dinner.
I don't yet know the conversation.
I don't yet know about the hugs or the care.
When I took this I was just on the way there.
And yet at the first hug I knew it all.
Everything melted away and was great.
The long week I had disappeared.
If I had known when I took this picture.
I might have driven even faster.
It is cool that I look back so soon.
I already know things I didn't when I took this.
And the best part I know is that I had a great night.
