From this view, you can see the Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) aft view camera that looks down the belly of the Orbiter (top left). This camera, and others, were added after the STS-107 (Columbia) accident. Below, and to the right, is the Range Safety Antenna. Further to the right, you can see the SRB Forward Skirt flight door.
