I spotted this view of the Memorial in 1974, today they have created a parking lot for it, in 74 I found a place to pull off the road and walked back to take this photograph. As this location has changed so has the Memorial changed. New visitor center, multi level parking building, freeway exchange type entrance, and new cash only fee to visit; my, how the world is changing.
