Mara is my step Granddaughter whom I best understand. We are much alike although we are not related by blood.
I wanted to do a big portrait of her for her room. After many tries, I finally cut and pasted a photo of her face in here because I could not draw that face.
This looks more like a photo painting than I had planned. I used a bristle brush to overpaint the photo. She will like it and it captured her likeness quite well.
