for some reason I think the wheel chairs is his and he now has the freedom and the power of a four cycle engine. note the chairs narrow breath, it is a pediatric chair. I say this with all knowing insight to cover the emotion the image brings up.

This is a powerful image on more than one level. The child's intense gaze seems to be directed not only at the pole in front of him but also at the unknown location of his companion - who may have merely taken a quick break from fishing. But how -- given the presence of the wheelchair? Intriguing! Brenda
