broom

30-APR-2009

This yellow stuff is broom
or maybe it's gorse.
One is prickly
the other isn't.
Whichever it is
it has been flowering for ages

Nikon D50
1/500s f/11.0 at 18.0mm full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Beautiful scene. I see broom growing by the fence.

Gorse flowers all year round if that helps. The old saying is "If gorse ever stops flowering, kissing will go out of fashion" .......
