11th Century church with tower from 14th century. Heavily restored by P.J.H. Cuypers in 1904-1906.

Saint Remigius (Saint Rémy, approx. 437 - 533) became bishop of Reims (France) at the age of 22. In 968 the village of Klimmen was given to the Abbey of Reims and that marked the start of the parish of St Remigius.
