This is a fiendish NZ device. The platform is pivoted at an angle from the vertical, so that it swings slightly when
you step onto it. The handles are fixed but slightly offset to one side. The angles are chosen so that as you
try to steady it, your "natural" reaction increases the swing and you end up calling for help as it rotates faster.
