I live in Shreveport and feed numerous birds every day. The Indigo Bunting is one of my favorites. What a beautiful job Chris has done capturing the buntings beauty. Has not seen one in quite a few years until today, hope he stay for a long time.

I live in Lacombe, la and this morning saw two of these beauties in my front yard by my wooded area. I have never seen birds with this brilliant blue color. I have jays, cardinals, wrens, woodpeckers, etc., but these indigo buntings stood out because of the brilliant blue color. Hope they nest in my woods and stay with me as the jays and cardinals have done.

Good details and colors Chris. I haven't been able to get close enough this year to even get a shot.
