Spring flowers line the approach to a bridge over a stream in historic Lexington Cemetery
in Lexington, Ky. The cemetery, which began operation in 1848, includes burial sites of
American statesman Henry Clay (died in 1852), Civil War Confederate General John Hunt
Morgan (died in 1864). and legendary University of Kentucky basketball coach Adolph
