Gov Rick Perry speaks to moderate crowd in Austin on April 15th 2009 to mostly a crowd of Tea Party protestors about the state of Texas and the state of the United States. This is also the speach where he talked about Texas being able to still succeed from the Union, which is still debateable and has not been ever firmly determined (would need to go before the US Supreme Court), along with the possibility of Texas breaking up into 5 seperate states.
