We have descended a little farther down the steep path from the top of the Petra site, and the rocky terrain obscures the sunlight
which is still shining brightly in the valley beyond, which is near the beginning of the site.
A few peole rode donkeys up through the rocky climb. I felt sorry for the donkeys!
