RICK AND I BEFORE THE RACE BEGAN

I "adopted" Rick as my little brother probably 20 years ago. Haven't seen him in about 7 years but we have kept in touch. Rick's Dad just passed away from cancer and drove in from Dallas at 6:00 A.M. to walk with me. Claudia's daughter and her friend also came to walk with me. Their first as well. Rick is very dear to me and he loves me enough to get up so early and meet me for the Race. Rick, you all don't know how much it met to me to have you there with me. It really made this year special. I love you, Sweetie! With friends like you I can never fail! May God Bless You!
