Spring Beauty Portrait

Hines Park view map

When I see these tiny beautiful wild flowers starting to spring up and carpet the woodland areas then I know
that Spring is finally here! I struggled to find some of the little beauties to photogaph today but eventually managed
to find a small patch, so was pleased that I had taken my big camera, flash and softbox out on my walk with Teddy,
though it was a struggle to hold it steady while he was running around chewing on a stick as he got
bored waiting for me to finish and no doubt wished I would hurry up so we could get back to walking
and running about.......
I will look again another day and keep on trying and hope one day to take a photo as lovely as this one of Sayer's

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
1/200s f/11.0 at 100.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto
