An "uncommitted dark/light range"...that's a new one. I'm not even trying to figure out the scoring guidelines, but I'll see what I can do with the dark/light issue. Lonnit, please don't confuse me even more!!!

Good and weighty (except for the fur effect) silhouette. On my monitor, there is a distracting compromise between the relative brightness of the cat vs the bg that I think could be resolved in a more committed way: either much lighter to bring out more detail in the cat, or darker to eliminate all such detail and improve the bg color. In strictly TVCAERS scoring, it looks like another 5.5 reflecting good corner placement, and maybe -.5 for the uncommitted dark/light range. -tv
