This separates Kampa Island from Mala Strana. It was a mill stream created in the 12th century and named after a cantankerous lady and her home, the Seven Devils house nearby
This bridge has railings laced with barbed wire, to which people are attaching padlocks of all shapes & sizes. I know not why....another Prague mystery.....perhaps in relation to the Communism era. Beyond that is seen some of the Charles bridge statues
