For the quick lifts there is a Pendlay training bar, Hi-Temp bumpers in 10, 15, 20 and 25 kilograms, Werksan metal training plates in 0.5, 1, 2, 2.5 and 5 kilograms. For squats, etc., a nice gym bar with the spin and spring of a weightlifting bar (but please don't drop it) Kraiburg bumpers in 10, 25, 35 and 45 pounds, plus a bunch of CAP metal plates. Two sets of spring clips and two pairs of crappy, no-name spin collars. I also have several toys from Iron Mind as well as other fun hunks of iron. Outside are two flipping tires.
