After a heavy rainshower, last week, I noticed a water leak in our main cabin. I traced it to the butterfly hatch.

I had to scrape out the old chaulking that had deteriorated under a barrage of UV rays over the years.
	After reseating the windows I resealed the edges, inside and out. I thought it would take me about two hours... it took five.
