Bill with Jacqueline. She is nine months old. Her mother was a drug addict and she was found in the streets of Managua, covered with sores and severely malnourished. She is much better, but we think she is probably blind. I am making arrangements to have her evaluated at the pediatric children's hospital in Managua.
