Almost Full Snow Moon

(According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, usually the heaviest snows fall in February. Hunting becomes very difficult,
and hence to some Native American tribes this was the Hunger Moon)
Fortunately, the moon was visible last night (Feb.8), because tonight it was too cloudy to see it!

I read that the full moon appeared larger in the sky over the last few weeks than it usually does. It is because the moon has come closest to the Earth than at any time since 1957. If you have captured the full moon on Jan 10, it was at the closest at 300,000km away. Excellent capture of a very bright and large moon. Vote.
