I'm on the road today to visit one of our other shops....and this Greyhound bus is in for repairs.
The bus blew a rear tire with the end result damaging an air bag for the rear suspension.
Sounds pretty simple huh? Just get Greyhound in Winnipeg to send us a new airbag from their own stock.
Funny thing is the bus has been in the shop for 3 days as Greyhound lost their own shipment to us.
They keep calling to see if the bus is fixed yet....and it's not like our shop is off the beaten path, It's right on the #1 Hwy.
Customers sometimes just don't believe us when we tell them there shipment has been lost..........
Greyhound sent us one more airbag via DHL hoping it would show up before the lost shipment they sent.
