Winchester Cathedral is not as ornate or as grand as some other ones, its squat and solid looking from the outside but once inside there is a fantastic mix of Romanesque, Gothic and Norman architecture.

I’ve found it’s a great place to go when you feel like taking pictures but the weather is dull and rainy. I went a lot for the last two summers :-)
