The classroom behind the windows on the right is where
I spent the year of my fourth grade in elementary school
in Mrs. Evan's class. Mrs. Berger's class was on the left
side. I had Mrs. Berger for third grade and was kind of
pleased I didn't move with her to fourth. She was a good
teacher but Pauline Dygula was in Mrs. Evan's fourth grade
class and I was pleased to have been placed there with her.
It never came to much, we were always friends and were graduated
from high school together. She married the fullback on the
football team, I was the right guard. I guess she went for
the glory rather than the guts!
