In December one of the main events in Fort Lauderdale is the Boat Parade along the New River and the Intracoastal. Santa Claus arrives by helicopter at the end of the parade. Fortunately for me he came right at the blue hour so I looked up when the helicopter was passing on top of me and took the shot. I made sure to include part of the boat that was next to me and the lights came out great.
