Pidyan was the evening server for most of our nights. He was our favorite server and we tried to get his table whenever we could. We learned some things about the "As You Want Dining" experience. We learned to get there around 6pm and ask for table 103. If 103 wasn't available, we took 203 with Dana as the server. If those were available. We waited. We tried to avoid joining up with other people because whenever we weren't on the same synch with the rest of the table, there were serving problems. As long as it was just the four of us at a table of our own, it was fine.
