This is the lower end of the "Lovely Meadow" from the earlier pictures.
You can see the low cloud cover, which is why the guys (Geoffrey & Randy) wanted to keep heading down.
Eventually it cleared up and they started collecting goat hair while Cindy & I moseyed down the trail.
We did find the "Goat Condominium" for the boys during our meander around the Basin.
