Actually, it is his second breakfast. His first feeding is between 6 and 7am and then every 4 hours until his last feeding before he goes to bed. The syringe plugs into a tube that enters his stomach an inch or so above his navel. This morning we had a scare when he accidentally pulled the tube out about half an inch. I took him to the ER to have it x-rayed to be sure it was still in place and all was well.
