This is one of the many creations in lights that are hand made by staff members.
It sits in a pond and has a mrvelous reflection.

It's part of the Holiday Lights Display at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens.
Two miles of the gardens are set aside each year for people to drive thru & enjoy the lights of the season

One of the staff was willing to drive me thru in an open golf cart so that I could take as many pictures as I chose . . . as long as we didn't slow down viewer traffic!
