...the cow has a zipper in it's belly and contained a bag of Ukranian candy. The package also included 3 more boxes of candy. It is a gift from friends that we hope to meet one day.
The best smile he could muster because of pain from the growth of several tumors in both sides of his jaws. The tape on his shirt holds his g-tube in place to prevent it from being accidentally dislodged.
