My first Northern Hawk Owl cont'd. A very accommodating owl. It wasn't spooked by 5 to 8 photographers pointing their collective artillery at him/her. It changed perches several times from the top of hydro wires to various trees. It even caught a mouse or a mole, flew away with it and returned within a short time. In the above image, he/she does seem a bit upset at our disturbing it's sleep (I think). Perhaps it is just concentrating on catching an other mouse and simply wants us to go away.
