Used CombineZM to stack 20 images for an increase in depth of field.
For the lighting: Ah, the wonders of a styrofoam cup.
I simply put a large cup over the setup, and cut a hole in the side to shot through.
Put a couple of lights around the outside, and presto - a great big photo tent.
