I think I need to throw away the bark texture, I'm using it too much!
this is another experiment. The "cup bezel" in the left corner was formed over the end
of a brush handle and the outside is textured (can't see it in the picture) I fired it empty.
added the cz at the bottom. The bale is textured with a spoon handle pattern. After firing
and dipping in LOS, I put flakes of mica in the cup and filled with a big drop of two part epoxy
(Devcon high strength, it said it would stay clear, it did) and it domed. It was also easy to
buff to a shine letting the mica show through.... strung peace jasper and sterling beads and findings.
my lessons learned helped for the next things I try.
