BB's Full Body shot

Thousand Oaks, CA

BB might be missing the end of his tail, but you'll note that
you cannot see his shoulder blades protruding, nor are his
rear hip bone/tail bone visible. Look at the fat cover his
skull.

The ignorant teacher who said that her dragon was 12 years
old needs to compare her Beardie to this one; and BB was only
6 years old when I gave her away... so how is it that a 12
year old lizard is smaller than a 6 year old lizard? Improper
care will stunt growth, that's how.

And are you trying to tell me that in 12 years of owning Saved,
that she never once thought to see what the requirements are
for continued health of a beardie? You can't count how many
books are out there for the husbandry of reptiles, or how many
websites pop up if you type "Bearded Dragon Care Sheet" into
the google search engine.

Anyways, I just wanted to show everyone the gruesome differences
between a healthy, properly cared for beardie and an emaciated,
neglected beardie.

Preacher told me this was the womans "beloved Pet"; yeah, ok,
sure, so what, she has just loved him to death, is that it?

Ugh. I should've kept Saved & called the Humane Society right
then and there in front of preacher; relinquishing him to the
same peeps that have done nothing to stop this kind of cruelty
was a mistake, I fear...
