That's quite a trek over that ridge. It looks like an old humungous fosilized dinosaur of eons gone by petrified in the desert which was once a lush rainforest millions of years ago. With just the back protruding from the sand it now make a natural hill for us puny little people. Beautiful landscape and B&W treatment.

These hills look rather like gigantic dunes turned into something more solid. Looks like a light dusting of snow. Quite the hike, I'd say!

I like the B&W. It dramatizes the ascent and the rather barren nature of the slopes.
