Nice kitty. It's a good selection of color palette. The pose is engaging. It's peaceful. That's nice. I'm not sure about sharpness - are those eyes sharp? I think the whiskers aren't. I have a feeling that we're looking down on kitty. Is that the mood you want? This animal is borderline between "scruffy" and "beautiful". If beautiful, the runny eyes need to be cleaned up. If scruffy, is there a way to emphasize it? Again, it's a question of the mood you're trying to convey.
