Statue celebrating Richard O'Brien, writer of the Rocky Horror Show. Statue is of Richard's character "Riff Raff", dressed as he appears at the end of the movie.
The statue is located on the site of the old Hamilton movie theatre where Richard watched B grade science fiction films which were the inspiration for the Rocky Horror Picture show.
