Finally got my butt out of the house for some photography. The weatherman promised 100% cloud cover and occasional rain. When I left the house at 7AM he was right on the mark. Two hours later - not so good & the weather turned on me (for the better - unless you're a photographer). By 11AM it was bright blue skies & I headed home. Made this one while the light was still "reasonable" - an example of my old saying "show me a fence and I'll show you a good photo op". Processed the image with Nik's Color Efex Pro's Polaroid Transfer filter to get this ruffled edge (but probably could have lived without that). This scene is at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia (most of the background is Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive is somewhere up there along the highest ridge).
