Sugar Crystals
I took 16 photos with a Canon MP-E65mm 1x-5x macro lens. I used a ring flash for lighting. Then I used Photoshop CS4's new depth-of-field stacking capability to blend the sharpest areas of the 16 photos into a final image. I've taken a similar shot before but the limited depth-of-field without the use of stacking made for an unexciting image.
