Statue by Gabriel Sterk

In the "Horse Capital of Australia" Scone, New South Wales, the Mare & Foal hold pride of
place in Elizabeth Park.
The sculptor, who for a time lived in Hahndorf, South Australia
was commissioned for this work; pricetag of $65,000 & it was unveiled in 1982.

We are not sure where Gabriel Sterk lives now - maybe Paris?
