This is a stump, obviously. It is the one that resulted from the tree that got blown down by hurricane Ike. It is also a attractor for entrepreneurs. We have had several people come to the door and offer to grind it out for us. Interestingly, they were all from outside Texas. These are guys who came to town to make some money on their own initiative without any government entity giving them money. They were on their own trying to make a buck. These guys should be congratulated because they are trying to make it while the lazy low life residents of New Orleans are still waiting for the government to take care of them.
