You're way cool Nico, I'm in awe at your portrait skill and much appreciate those valuable tips, especially the issue of feet placement.
I can imagine that would be a real issue for most models. Of course, my little floosey here is so animated with self possession that she probably hasn't noticed her "club feet"? ;-)
Thanks for taking the time to comment so graciously, much appreciated.
Wonderful wonderful... and love the credits of course... I won't even try to guess in which direction that remarkable sense of humour of yours is aimed!!! :-)
A more detailed critique:
Model: she is an adorable young lady and you captured in her a super pose. Except that her hand positions look perhaps too strained. Get her to relax a bit next time, OK? She should generally try to position her feet further away from the lens so as to avoid a perception that her feet are out of proportion with the rest of her body. It is mere perception, not so?
Make-Up: the make-up is also perfectly befitting the "look" you were presumably after. One does perhaps generally tend to smoothen the transition between the dark eyes and the surrounding skin slightly more, but this extreme transition version can perhaps also work. Similarly, the lip colouring is simple yet effective.
Wardrobe: works for the theme; the jewellery could have been a bit bolder.
Location: well chosen and befitting the theme of the shoot. Well done!
Lighting: who would dare to criticize Mother Nature? She's been doing it for a while and knows her stuff.
