Skin softening technique applied to entire image and only masked hair, eyes, dress, cello and ~1/2 density on subject's skin. This left the background subjects softened with less detail.
Brightened and colored eyes on Soft Light PWL layer.
Lighting effects filter to spotlight the subject.
Curves Adjust color to reduce yellow and red in skin tones.
