After saying good bye to the Thearins, Patti and I drove to Cologne Minnesota. My mother and her family grew up in Cologne including Ramona. It is a very small town (pop 1000).
My grandfather had at least two businesses in Cologne. A butcher shop which he apparently gave up as his second buisiness - flowers grew. Eugene Lins was world famous for
hybrid peonies .
One of them was named for Mike's mother Dolorodell
