Very warm and muggy today, with highs near 90. Too hot for this late in September, but I ventured out this afternoon for awhile. With autumn just around the corner, this spider had captured him a yummy grasshopper meal. He wasn't very happy with my presence, and kept making menacing gestures toward me when I got close to him with the camera. If he would have jumped on me, I probably would have broken the 4 minute mile.
