Out side of the wet, and the arid hot summer Darwin is green,green , green. The casuarinas, the desert oaks, cycads and palms all green. This is Palm City Resort on the beach. There is quite a lot of green in the wet as well it comes out of the walls and the floors.
You never ask a Territorian how things are in the Wet. Everyone suffers in the same way, in silence.
